This allows meats of different weights to cook evenly, always rotating at a constant and uninterrupted speed, with the system driven directly by the machine at the skewer tip. Another highlight is the rotating gear system, made from naval aluminum and high-temperature-resistant plastic polymer, eliminating noise during operation. A key differentiator is its functionality, combining technology with grilling experience to make the process more convenient and efficient. Depending on the selected drive system, it can include an automated grill lift and skewer rotation system, and the controls can be operated via remote control, app + LCD panel, crank + dimmer, or crank + touch panel. The entire grill is made of 304 stainless steel, from the highest-grade steel category, offering excellent physical and mechanical properties as well as outstanding resistance to high temperatures, salinity, and weather exposure—making it the perfect blend of durability, strength, and elegance. Other DURASA products can also be added to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, such as the fire pit, which can be incorporated into MDF furniture, exhaust hood, inertial filter, and lighting, among others. It is possible to customize the front finish length (L) of the machine for special projects.
